We perform these services on your business profile, website and public listings as described in your dashboard.
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically on your billing date until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You confirm that the business information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to represent the business. You agree not to use the service for misleading claims, prohibited industries (politics, pharmaceuticals, adult content, gambling) or anything that violates applicable law.
AI platforms change their behavior frequently. We guarantee our effort and testing, not specific rankings or mentions on third-party platforms we do not control. We will not accept liability for changes made by AI providers, search engines or social platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
